Story Health is an exciting new startup transforming healthcare through virtualization of patient and clinician experiences. Story Health is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our team. You will help new patients enroll into our programs.
Responsibilities
Reach out to referred patients on the phone to explain Story Health programs and get patients enrolled.
Travel to and coordinate onsite visit enrollments with clinicians at hospitals, clinics, and beyond.
Educate clinicians on the benefits of the program and help bridge their needs back to the rest of the company.
Assist with medical billing and collection of payments
Assist with patient assistance programs.
Be a key contributor to the early stages of an innovative health tech startup contributing wherever needed.
Help inform Story Health’s product providing key feedback from the field.
Key Qualifications
3+ years working in healthcare administrative or clinical roles.
Highly proficient written/verbal english communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
Analytical skills required to problem solve patient issues and prepare reports
Strong customer service skills, with ability to identify problems and formulate solutions.
Ability to handle conflict resolution and remain tolerant/flexible in all situations.
Able to take on multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing team environment.
Passion for implementing technology to improve healthcare and able to quickly learn and use new software and tools.
Proven adaptability in a high-volume position, ability to meet deadlines and metrics. Compensation
Compensation
$22-27/hour based on experience and qualifications
