Strategy and Business Development Manager

Story Health is an exciting startup reimagining cardiology and specialty care. Story Health is seeking a dynamic Strategy & Business Development Manager to join our team.  This role will spearhead a variety of critical initiatives spanning corporate strategy, GTM strategy, business operations and business development. The ideal candidate for this role will be an exceptional performer that can think strategically and be biased towards execution. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Executive Leadership to identify business-critical projects across the organization
  • Craft and iterate corporate and GTM strategies
  • Identify, evaluate and triage strategic and business development opportunities
  • Conduct market research, competitive analyses and financial analyses to inform critical business decisions
  • Scope, structure, implement and manage key strategic partnerships
  • Support critical sales efforts including creating discussion materials and supporting RFIs/RFPs, negotiations and contracting
  • Assist with development of Board and investor materials
  • Partner closely with internal and external to deliver strong business outcomes

Key Qualifications

  • 4-6 years experience in strategy, management consulting, and/or business development functions
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team player with strong ability manage cross-functional teams and complex processes
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for Story Health’s mission and space
  • Prior work experience in health care required; prior start-up experience preferred
  • M.B.A. or equivalent preferred
